Adult Cosplay Contest

Saturday, February 22

  • 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM: The Cosplay Contest Sign-Up table will be located in the Pedestrian Walkway.

  • 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM: Cosplay Contest prejudging will take place in Room 101.

  • 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM: The Cosplay Contest will be held on the Banquet Hall Stage.

    Kids’ Cosplay Contest

    Sunday, February 23

  • 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM: The Cosplay Contest Sign-Up table will be located in the Pedestrian Walkway.

  • 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM: The Kids’ Cosplay Contest will be held on the Banquet Hall Stage

Adult Contest Rules

  1. 13 Years or Older

    1. All participants must be at least 13 years of age or older to participate

    2. Any participants 12 years of age or younger can attend the Kids Cosplay Contest on Sunday, Feb 23.

  2. Family Friendly

    1. All content relating to the costume participation must be kept family-friendly. This includes but is not limited to:

      • NO BLATANT NUDITY

      • NO ADULT-RELATED CONTENT

      • NO PROFANITY (BOTH ON AND OFF STAGE)

  3. Cosplay Weapons Only- No Real Weapons.

    1. NO METAL SWORDS, CLAWS, DAGGERS, HAMMERS, etc.

    2. NO WORKING GUNS (NO MOVING PARTS) & ORANGE TIPPED

      • ALL WEAPONS MUST BE CHECKED AT PROPS CHECK PRIOR TO ENTERING THE CON AND ENTERING THE CONTEST. CHECKED PROPS WILL HAVE A TAG FROM SECURITY.

  4. No Live Animals, Sprays, Projectiles, or Pyrotechnics

    1. No Live Animals of any kind, Snakes, Canines, Felines, Lizards, Birds Etc. 

      • THE EXCEPTION TO THIS IS SERVICE ANIMALS ONLY. SERVICE VEST IS REQUIRED

  5. No Purchased/Rented Costumes

    1. Costumes must be at least 50% handmade in order to qualify for a winning status. 

  6. Self-Operation

    1. Costumers must be able to climb stage stairs and walk across the stage unassisted. Being unable to do so will result in disqualification of prize status.

      • THE EXCEPTION TO THIS IS FOR DISABLED PERSONS, MOBILITY DEVICES OR PHYSICAL ASSISTANCE AIDS. PLEASE MAKE THE CONTEST STAFF AWARE OF ANY ASSISTANCE NEEDED. 

Contest Sign-Ups

Cosplay Sign-up table will be located in the Pedestrian Walkway .
