2025 Media Pass Application
Thank you for your interest in attending Lubbock-Con 2025 as a member of the media. We have a limited number of media passes for members of the media who plan to report on the convention in some kind of broadcast media (blog, news article, radio, TV show) and can verify their credentials with a legitimate reporting organization or solid website following. We will review all submissions in the order they are received.
Media Pass approval DOES NOT grant you access to Special Guests or staff only areas. For additional information or questions, please email lubbockcon@gmail.com
If you are granted a Media Pass, please note that you will only receive ONE (1) pass per application per person. Unless request is approved through the Special Request section on this form.
It will be publicly posted that entering the event can result in being recorded. But please respect all attendees, exhibitors, staff, security and anyone who refuses to be recorded or photographed. Failure to respect these rules will result in Media Pass removal, and you will be escorted out of the venue. For additional information or questions, please email us at lubbockcon@gmail.com.
We may reach out to approved applicants after the event for Lubbock-Con 2025 content, for us to share with our audience. Please note, that we will cross reference last year's list of approved applicants. And if you attended with a Media Pass and do not provide a past content link, your application may be denied to give others a chance on using the Media Pass.
