STAMP RALLY INFORMATION

This is information regarding official stamp rallies happening during Lubbock-Con 2025. To be a participating exhibitor stop, both stamp rally participations stops can be purchased during the application process.

Official Lubbock-Con Stamp Rally

Lubbock-Con has brought back our stamp rally hunt. Stamps will be located throughout Lubbock-Con’s multiple areas like the panel rooms, kids area, organizations area, stage, and gaming area. Where attendees must collect different stamps corresponding to their spot on the collection card. A limited amount will be given to sponsors or either sold to exhibitors. A specific visual marker will be placed at your booth to notify attendees to stop at your booth to collect their stamp. Once the attendee has filled the rally card, our team will cut out the small info section of the collection card for attendees to use to enter a prize raffle at a designated booth by the main entrance.

After the show, we will count each individual single stamps on each returned card and the vendor with the most single stamps on final collected stamp cards, will receive a free 10x10 ft. booth for Lubbock-Con 2026. That booth can be used on its own or added to any purchased booth for that year. With a limiting size booth of 3 - 10x10 ft. space. For example, with the added prize booth, you can make your 10x10 booth into a 10x20, or your 20x10 booth into a 30x10, or a 20x10 End Cap into an End Cap 30x10 corner booth.

"Where's Fluffy?" - 501st Charity Stamp Rally

Our local 501st Chapter Costuming group will also be having a stamp collection rally where all funds relating to this specific rally will be donated to the local CHILDREN’S MIRACLE NETWORK. Lubbock-Con will be selling the stops on their behalf and turnover all proceeds to the 501st for donations to the charity. There are only 18 total spots for sale, 9 per day. You can purchase up to two spots to hold a stop for both days. You can not request a specific day if you only purchase one spot. Which day your booth is assigned a “critter”, is up to the discretion of the 501st. A 501st volunteer will distribute a “critter” and stamp to each participating vendor at the beginning of each day, and they must be returned at the end of the day. If you purchase two spots, a new animal will be assigned to you the next day. These spots are exclusively for exhibitors in the Exhibit Hall

Here is their description for their stamp rally.

Where’s Fluffy?  Grogu left the gate open and all of our friendly Star Wars creatures are on the loose.  Help us find all 9 of them!  Pick up your “missing critter list” for $1 at the 501st/Rebel Legion booth in the organizations area and help the Rebels find their pals. Turn in your list with all 9 stamps to earn a prize.

Rules and Instructions for vendors:

  1. Please display the designated Star Wars creature stuffed animal that you are assigned and provided somewhere in your booth.  It should not be hidden from sight, or sitting right up front, but feel free to incorporate the creature in your merchandise display so that participants have to actively look for it.

  2. If the creature is found, you will then stamp the participant’s creature card with the Star Wars stamp that is provided to you.  Please only stamp the picture of the creature in your booth.

  3. All creatures and stamps will be returned at the end of the day to the 501st and Rebel Legion.

  4. Participants will return their completed creature card to the 501st/Rebel Legion table for a reward.
